It was another ten out of ten for Edgartown real estate on Martha’s Vineyard yesterday. Just look at how the Edgartown harbor looked from this beautiful waterfront property. The view of Chappaquiddick to the Edgartown ferry and Cape Pouge lighthouse is as good as it gets. We have rental properties like this if you are looking to rent on the water in Edgartown or anywhere else on Martha’s Vineyard.
Carroll and Vincent Real Estate
Aquinnah Sunset
Aquinnah sunsets are magical like all of the Island of Martha’s Vineyard. But there is something about the real estate of Aquinnah or Gay Head as the old timers call it that make it something special. Moshup trail, Lobsterville, Philbin Beach are all great reasons to make your trip up island to see the other side of Martha’s Vineyard. This is unspoiled real estate on Martha’s Vineyard and the local community of Aquinnah, Chilmark & West Tisbury all are trying to keep their real estate that way.
Gay Head Lighthouse
Another classic night for Aquinnah Real Estate on the western end of Martha’s Vineyard. The Gay Head Lighthouse and all its colors are worth the trip up island. It is open to the public to walk up and see Vineyard Sound & the Atlantic Ocean as well as the Elizabeth Islands off the coast of Martha’s Vineyard. This grand old lighthouse has been helping boaters and sailors for generations.
Martha’s Vineyard Angler
Another great day to be on Martha’s Vineyard in the summer. The real estate on the water is as good as the real estate on the land. See what the water off Chappaquiddick and east beach produced today. Adam and James Joyce could not be happier with the catch of the day. A 38 inch 19 pound striper and a perfect eating size bluefish. They are standing on the dock in Edgartown with the new Atlantic Restaurant in the background.
Tisbury Street Fair
The annual Tisbury Street fair on Martha’s Vineyard was held last night. It was delayed one day because of rain and it turned out to be a great decision. The night was clear and the temperature was perfect for walking the streets and mingling with neighbors and visitors alike. If you did not stop by and have the ceaser salad from Jean Dupon’s Le Grenier restaurant you missed out. Or get some of the great deals on silver jewelry from the Whatever silver carts you missed out. Summer on the Vineyard is in full bloom now. Put this on your Tisbury calendar next year as things to do.
